Last updated: 4th May 2026
INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Sale set out how you can purchase digital programmes, downloads, and products from Communicating for Impact. We pride ourselves on providing high-level resources for innovative educators and experts.
Before making any purchase, you will be asked to tick a box which says “I Accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale”. By ticking that box, you accept the terms set out here.
We are based in Switzerland. These Terms are governed by Swiss Law, and the place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
PURCHASE TERMS FOR DIGITAL PROGRAMMES AND DOWNLOADS
We are proud of the Presenter Pro Pack, the Podcast Pathfinder, the Video Venturer, and the results our clients achieve with them.
Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to videos, guides, and templates via our online training studio or via a direct download link.
No-Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of online programmes and digital downloads are final. By completing your purchase and accessing the materials, you expressly agree that the provision of services begins immediately and you waive your statutory right to a 14-day cancellation period.
Technical Support: Should you have any problems accessing your files, please email laura@communicating-for-impact.com with the subject line ‘Tech Query’.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We reserve all rights to our intellectual property. Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own personal or internal business use.
You may download and print copies for your own use.
You may not copy, distribute, adapt, edit, share, or resell any of our products or materials to third parties.

Cancellation Rights: As a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel an order for a physical product within 14 days of receipt.
Returns: To cancel, you must email laura@communicating-for-impact.com. You are responsible for returning the product in its original, unused condition at your own cost to: Waldeggweg 2A, 8302 Kloten, Zurich, Switzerland.
Exclusions: We cannot accept returns for items that are personalised, made to your specification, or unsealed for hygiene reasons.

International Orders: For orders outside of Switzerland, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or local customs fees.

WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
Business Use: These products are designed for experts and educators for professional and educational use. We warrant that products will be of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose for six months from delivery.
Limitations: We are not liable for defects caused by fair wear and tear, your negligence, or failure to follow instructions.
Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss Law, our liability for any losses you suffer is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product or service you purchased. We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, or business interruption.
Statutory Liability: Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury caused by our negligence.
DONE-FOR-YOU (DFY) SERVICES
Please note that these terms apply to automated digital purchases and shop products. Our bespoke video, podcast, live stream and design services are governed by a separate Service Agreement/Contract provided to you during the onboarding process.
