How long is a clip?
1-3 minutes, depending on your preferred social media platform.
What if I need ongoing editing?
We offer Retainer Packs to repeat clients so you can have the power of a pro production team in your business - this is really powerful stuff! Why not try the Starter or the Quarter Pack first, then we can chat more about the perfect Retainer Pack for you.
What about thumbnail and additional design work?
Our trusted graphic designer, Beryl Kwok, can create thumbnails, banners, and accompanying worksheets for your project. Share details about what you need so we can provide a quote tailored to your project goals.
How long can a workshop recording be?
Up to a 90-minute recording. If you have longer content, please tell us about it by completing the form.
Does it matter where I held the session?
No, it could be recorded on Zoom, Teams, Google Meets or a live streaming platform like Streamyard or Restream. We accept MP4, MOV, and more. We accept any separate audio tracks in MP3 or WAV formats.
The recording has separate audio tracks - can you edit it?
Yes, we can! We love separate tracks, as they make it easier to cut and treat background noise. After our Strategy Session, we’ll invite you to upload all the relevant content, which includes:
✔️ video recording
✔️ audio tracks (if separate)
✔️ any images (e.g. PowerPoint slides)
✔️ your business brand kit (colours, font, logo)
I have multiple speakers in my recording - can you edit them?
Absolutely. The more the merrier. We can take your co-hosted workshop, live or YouTube video and create a template that spotlights speakers you’d like to feature. After all, it’s good to put a voice to a face.
How long does it take to edit?
We aim to get the first cut to you within 5 working days. We’ll create a timeline and discuss workflow in our Strategy Session. Our friendly feedback tool makes reviewing and signing off on your clips a breeze, meaning you could have all your clips ready to post in the space of 2 weeks.
Do you accept payment plans?
We can split the payment for larger Quarter and Bespoke Packs into instalments, with options to pay by card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
