You’re probably wondering…
What is the typical turnaround time for videos?
We know that momentum is vital after a big event. For our pop-up studio packs, you will receive the first cut within 48 hours and the final cut within 5 working days. If you have a specific deadline, we can work with you to prioritise this.
We work in multiple languages. Do you accommodate this?
While we use English on set, we offer post-production in English, German, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Check out our Cantonese vox pops.
Do you travel for events?
Yes! Our pop-up studio is designed to travel. We have supported missions across Europe, including the UK, and are happy to bring our studio to you. Travel and accommodation are billed at cost, which we’ll outline clearly in your quote.
Our experts are brilliant but often camera-shy. How do you help?
This is where a Producer makes the difference. We don’t just hit record; we coach every participant through their delivery. We specialise in working with experts, helping them translate ideas into lively clips while keeping them comfortable.
How far in advance should we book production?
In short, the earlier the better. We typically book at least 6 weeks in advance. This allows us to move through our scoping and direction phase without rushing you. Our calendar books up quickly during conference season, so we recommend contacting us early to avoid disappointment.
