You could outsource → but that’s costly and not the right move for this stage of your biz
You could take another course → but it’s not really knowledge you need so much as momentum and feedback!
You could keep creating more → but that’s not going to address the fact that you aren’t sure what to create, when and why
What you need is the space to experiment in a supported, guided environment. To build a strategy that not only feels good but actually works.
One that’s built on the solid foundation of your values, your beliefs and your audience. Not the mess of recycled content hacks the internet keeps telling you to use.
Which just so happens to be exactly what we’ve created…
“Working with Laura and Lauren to improve my marketing was the right next step for me. With their knowledge and expertise, I've honed in on noticing what it is that my audience really needs and using wording that better expresses how I can help them. I appreciated the space to ask questions, get advice, and try new things.”
Heather Johnston, Founder of ELT Resource Room
Marketing Momentum isn’t a course. You won’t be spoon-fed more information or handed a cursory task at the end of a long-winded lesson. Instead, it’s an interactive programme designed to get you thinking, experimenting and building as you go.
That’s why we alternate between input and implementation weeks. So you finish with a clear strategy that feels easy to implement.
Here’s what the next 10 weeks will look like.
PHASE ONE: Understanding Your Audience
Week 1: Input session
12th August, 2025 | 11:00-12:30PM CET
→ No more describing your audience by their hair colour and age. We’ll start by doing meaningful market research to uncover who your people actually are. What worries them, what drives them and what they’re looking for in a service like yours.
Week 2: Implementation
You’ll spend the week building a bank of insights that will inspire you with content ideas for months to come. Bored of market research? This is the last time you’ll need to do it. We promise!
PHASE TWO: Finding Your Core Message
Week 3: Input session
26th August, 2025 | 11:00-12:30PM CET
→ Most education businesses don’t stand out because they say the same thing as everyone else. In this module, we’ll work on articulating what you do in a way that cuts through and speaks directly to your audience.
Week 4: Implementation
During this week, you’ll turn your market research insights into a clear and concise message. By the end, you’ll know how to communicate your value so clearly that you’ll never question it again.
PHASE THREE: Auditing Your Content
Week 5: Input session
9th September, 2025 | 11:00-12:30PM CET
→ Why do some posts perform well and others fall flat? In this module, we’ll examine the ingredients of scroll-stopping content and show you how to turn a ‘meh’ post into something memorable. Then? You’ll apply your new insights to audit your own content.
Week 6: Implementation
By the end of week six, you’ll know exactly why certain posts didn’t perform in the past, and what you can do to improve them.
PHASE FOUR: Building Your Content Journey
Week 7: Input session
23rd September, 2025 | 11:00-12:30PM CET
→ The biggest mistake educators make with their content? Posting without strategy. In this module, we’ll dig into the five essential types of content you need to continuously attract and connect with the right people, so selling becomes a natural conclusion of your work.
Week 8: Implementation
During this week, you’ll create a content plan that seamlessly takes people from discovering you to buying from you — using video, written content and more.
PHASE FIVE: Putting it All Together
Week 9: Input session
7th October, 2025 | 11:00-12:30PM CET
→ This is where everything comes together. We’ll spend the final weeks supporting you with creating a repeatable marketing system you can adapt, and grow with. One that feels exciting, manageable and fun.
Week 10: Implementation
Before we wrap up, we’ll work with you to create a clear, feel-good content plan for the next quarter, so you can keep the momentum going long after the programme ends.

Because of the hands-on nature of the programme, Marketing Momentum is perfect for educators who have built a brand, sold their services and had clients… but know marketing their businesses can (and should) be easier. That’s why we’re asking you to apply—because we want to be 100% sure it’s the right step for you.
You have an education business, an offer and clients.
You have a social media presence and an audience (doesn’t have to be big).
You’ve experimented with different types of content but don’t really know what works.
You’re making sales but need a strategy to help you make more.
You don’t have a business, an offer or any clients.
You’re yet to start your social media pages.
You haven’t created any content yet and want help with getting started.
You haven’t made any sales yet and want to learn the basics of marketing.
But you do need a good strategy.
That doesn’t have to be something complicated and scary, though. It can be as simple as understanding who you’re speaking to, what they want and why you’re the right person to provide it.
You can find all that information online, yes. But knowing how to apply it to your business is where things get murky—and when the imposter starts creeping in.
That’s why Marketing Momentum is a small group programme that gives you the space to experiment, ask questions and get feedback as you go.
You have all the ingredients of a solid marketing plan. We’re just here to help you mix them all together.
I’m here to show you that promoting your educational services doesn’t have to mean sacrificing your values or sounding salesy.
After eight years writing for schools and teachers, I know that the best results come when you stop following generic marketing advice and start doing what feels right for you.
In this workshop, I’ll encourage you to think beyond the Instagram feed and make informed marketing decisions that put you and your ideal clients front and centre.
Laura is a creative director and lead producer who helps educators in business record real content to grow their brand. Since establishing her creative production company, Communicating for Impact, Laura has led teams in creating digital content for training and marketing projects for educators around the world.
In this workshop, I’ll show you how to create content that cuts through the noise and sparks conversations with the right people. No gimmicks, tricks or shenanigans.
Will sessions be recorded?
To protect the privacy of everyone taking part, calls won’t be recorded. So, we suggest you only sign up if you can make at least four out of the five live calls. It’s no problem if you have to miss one, as long as you don’t mind catching up via Slack.
Do I need to already have a business/social media presence?
Yes. Marketing Momentum is made for educators who’ve already built an audience and an offer and have experimented with different kinds of content. It doesn’t have to be perfect—but it has to exist!
Do I need to be good at video/a particular format?
Not at all. We won’t force you to create any particular type of content. This is all about doing what works for you.
What resources does this include?
Every input session will come with a resource to help you hit the ground running with the task. That includes a market research template, a customer journey map and messaging prompts.
How many people will be on the programme?
We’re accepting a maximum of six people on the programme to keep it small and supportive. Spots will go on a first come, first served basis. So apply now to secure yours!
Our application form will help you find out.
Fill it in and get your answer—we promise we won’t hound you with follow up calls.
If it is for you, you’ll get an invitation to book a coffee chat before you decide whether to sign up.
If it’s not, you’ll get a message and an email from us with a few recommendations on what to do next.
Because we know how frustrating it is to feel stuck and have nowhere to turn.
Record real content. Grow your brand.
