How long is a clip?

60-90 seconds depending on your preferred social media platform. Up to 60 seconds for YouTube Shorts or up to 90 seconds for Instagram and Facebook. LinkedIn is having a video moment, too.

What about TikTok?

You can post 60-90-second content on TikTok. If you'd like longer content for your TikTok, YouTube or even your membership sites, we'd love to provide a quote. Complete the form to tell us about your content and what you’d like to achieve.

What if I want micro clips?

If you would like lots of micro clips (as short as 7 seconds), then let's chat. Tell us about the length of clips and the approximate number you'd like and we'll get back to you with a quote.

What if I need ongoing editing?

We offer Retainer Packs to repeat clients so you can have the power of a pro production team in your business - this is really powerful stuff! Why not try the Quarter or Half pack first, then we can chat more about the perfect Retainer Pack for your biz.

What about thumbnails?

We'd be happy to add this as an extra for your Instagram and LinkedIn clips. Our graphic designer,Beryl Kwok , can design a bespoke set of thumbnails and branded templates for this project and beyond so you have a branded artwork for your socials.

How long can a workshop recording be?

Up to a 90-minute recording. If you have longer content, please tell us about it by completing the form.

Does it matter where I held the session?

No, it could be recorded on Zoom, Teams or a live streaming platform like Streamyard or Restream. We accept mp4, MOV file formats and more. We accept any separate audio tracks in mp3 or WAV formats.

The recording has separate audio tracks - can you edit it?

Yes, we can! We love separate tracks as it makes it easier to cut and treat background noise. After our Strategy Session, we’ll invite you to upload all the relevant content, which includes:

✔️ video recording

✔️ audio tracks (if separate)

✔️ any images (e.g. PowerPoint slides)

✔️ your business brand kit (colours, font, logo)

I have multiple speakers in my recording - can you edit them?

Absolutely. The more the merrier. We can take your co-hosted workshop, live or YouTube video and create a template that spotlights speakers you’d like to feature. After all, it’s good to put a voice to a face.

How long does it take to edit?

We aim to get the first cut to you within 5 working days or less. We’ll create a timeline and discuss workflow in our Strategy Session. Our friendly feedback tool makes reviewing and signing off your clips a breeze, meaning you could have all your clips ready to post in the space of 2 weeks.

Do you accept payment plans?

We can break payment into instalments with options to pay with a card, PayPal or bank transfer.

How do you calculate content?

Our Quarter and Half Packs are based on an average of posting your video clips on social media twice a week.
